What To Expect

Madison One salon is located at 25 Earth Close on Seven Mile Beach. Offering parking at the front with a foot ramp access.

During your appointment you will be offered a selection of refreshments. Wi-Fi and magazines are available to all guests upon request. Your appointment will start with a personalised consultation discussing your hair and lifestyle in detail. There is minimal foot traffic enabling a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Blonding Services

Every masterpiece starts with a blank canvas. Make sure your hair is clean, dry and free of any product before your visit, that way I can see exactly what I’m working with and offer you the best service possible! Should your hair be wet on arrival or require built up product removing or cleaning this may incur an additional service charge.

Colour Tint Service

Please arrive with dry hair free from product. Some products can act as a barrier to your hair and limit the colouring process. To ensure the best results, I recommend cleansing your hair within a 24hour period to your visit. Should there be a build up of product, it may need washing before your intended service, this may incur an additional service and cost.

 

Bonding Agent

All lightening services provided by me are inclusive of a bonding agent. This is to ensure the best results to my guests for soft yet strong healthy hair when lightening. Whether you have previously lightened or first time highlights. A range of aftercare products are available in the store in the blonde maintenance section.

Running Late

If you are running 10-15 minutes late I kindly request a courtesy message to keep me updated. To ensure I give you the best possible experience if it’s more than 15 minutes it could result in altering the service scheduled or rescheduling.

Cancellations and No Show

I request 24 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling. You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 

In the event of a no show a deposit may be taken for any future services and can be rendered upon your visit.
